First time we rented a get away. Our trip was only 2 nights, but very nice. The cabin is very cute, perfect size for 3 people. It is nestled in a small community located very close to the lake and village. The kitchen is open and well equipped with dishes and cooking essentials that you would need to cook a meal. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The bedrooms were very cute and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra blankets available if needed. The backyard is completely fenced, which is one of the reasons why we chose this cabin. It was the perfect safety nest for my small dog and the perfect substitute to having to walk him constantly on a leash. There is a barbecue available outside as well if you like to barbecue. There is a covered spa in the backyard which we used 1 night. Very clean and relaxing. We only experienced 1 issue. The sofa bed springs were bent so that mattress wouldn’t stay up. It kept collapsing. So we just put the mattress on the floor, which was fine. We told management. As mgmt. mentioned, the refrigerator does take quite a long time to cool foods but it does cool down. The only other thing I wish is that check in and out times were longer. I understand that is probably challenging to have the company clean multiple properties but it really is too short. I thought with no one renting the day before or after us we would have more flexibility, but unfortunately the cabin wasn’t ready. Overall lovely.
