« On aurait que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée, plusieurs mouches et coccinelles sur le bord de fenêtre, cheveux dans la douche, manque de place pour déposer nos trucs dans la salle de bain »

« The staff was excellent in addressing our concerns and helping our stay to be comfortable and relaxing. I would stay here again for a longer time period. »

« This is our 2nd stay everything was good. Well takem care of and updated. Everthing looks new. The shower is a bit small and the there is no vens in the bathroom for the heat. But aside from that we will keep staying here. »

« I could not say anything bad about this property. The only disadvantage is no ice machine, and after 11pm there are no stores open in the area, next store would be 11 miles. »

Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project. I would recommend this hotel. « All was good except for the outer door. It slammed shut every time someone came through it. So, when the family with the little dog went for a walk at 5:30 am, the door slammed and woke my room up. If they could fix the door, it would make a huge difference. Thanks. »

« Everything was fabulous but what really stood out is that it was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel has a notice in the elevator about quiet hours being 10-7 and anyone under 18 needs to be with an adult if outside their room during these hours. »

« Connie stood out not only a person that takes their job seriously and performs it well but is also a people person. She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay. She uplifted our spirits and because of her, when we return to Lynchburg, we will be staying at this location. »
