Wish there was an instruction book with instructions for where to put the trash to take out, where to put the used towels and linen as well as how to connect to the WiFi. All of that would have been helpful if there was a book on the table or counter. The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable! My husband and I ended up buying a foam pad to get a good night sleep. « Communication and check-in went smoothly. There had been some maintenance, and the worker hadn't cleaned up, so we collected his items and swept up the mess. The toilet was not very securely fastened to the floor, making it uncomfortably unstable and no shelf in the shower as pictured for toiletries. Overall, we feel that we over paid for the quality of the pictures listed. For what we paid, we expected, and assumed from pictures listed, a more updated unit. »
