We are a small development situated on top of a hillside overlooking Big Sky Resort Mountain Village. With ski-in/out access and a private lodge, this home makes the perfect mountain retreat for families and friends looking for the full experience Big Sky has to offer - winter and summer.

Featuring vaulted ceilings with a main level open floorplan connecting the great room, dining area, and kitchen, it's a perfect space for evening gatherings with everyone. Decks on the main and lower level are the ideal way to soak in the true mountain scenery.

This property is an ideal fit for families and friends and sleeps up to 11 comfortably. It features 1 master bedroom on the main level with a king size bed. Ensuite bath is complete with steam shower, double sink vanity, and water closet. The main level bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath with a closet, double vanity, shower and water closet. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite baths and 1 shared bath. Three of the bedrooms feature a queen, and the bunk room has a queen lower bed with an XL twin on top.

The well-stocked kitchen boasts high-end stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large center island with 4 stools. The dining area features panoramic mountain views and opens to the deck for you to enjoy some of the best views in Big Sky.

Radiant heat keeps this home toasty warm in the winter, but it also boasts a wood burning fireplace in the great room for added mountain ambience. It is conveniently located near Cascade Ridge's private Lodge which includes amenities such as ski in/out access, ski lockers, boot dryers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, library, great room, and complimentary beer and wine bar starting at 4pm. Rental of the home includes full access to the Lodge.

Lodge access is restricted to a total of 12 people or 12 “adult equivalents” OCCUPYING the home. In computing “adult equivalents”, children 14 and under are counted as 2 children equaling 1 adult. Groups larger than 12 “adult equivalents” will not be allowed to use the Lodge.

Lodge operational season dates:
Winter: Thanksgiving - end of April
Summer: June - mid September

Cascade Ridge is just 5 minutes from Big Sky Resort Mountain Village and 15 minutes from the Meadow Village and Town Center. It's a perfect basecamp to explore Big Sky, Yellowstone National Park, and everything Montana has to offer.

Big Sky's a winter playground. Hit the ski trails straight from the lodge for epic runs across 3 mountains - Lone Mountain is the iconic one. If you want something quieter, snowshoe or fat bike the trails around town, or try dog sledding for a real thrill. Cross-country skiing trails abound. Yellowstone winter adventures are another classic way to experience the Big Sky, with snowmobile guided tours or a snowcoach ride. The snowcoach offers rides in a heated, tracked vehicle over closed roads to see Old Faithful, geysers, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, and tons of wildlife like bison and elk.

In summer, the Big Sky area offers endless opportunities to explore the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. Guests can hike scenic trails with wildflower-filled meadows and sweeping views of Lone Peak, go fly fishing on nearby rivers and alpine streams, or take a white-water rafting trip through Montana’s rugged canyons. Mountain biking, horseback riding, and ziplining are all available close by, along with guided wildlife tours and easy day trips into Yellowstone National Park. In town, guests can enjoy Wednesday farmers markets in Town Center featuring local food and artisan goods, as well as Thursday night “Music in the Mountains” concerts with live performances in an outdoor setting. Seasonal signature events include the Big Sky PBR and the Wildlands Music Festival, both drawing visitors from across the region. After a full day of activities, Big Sky Mountain Village offers restaurants, live music, and outdoor patios perfect for long summer evenings in the fresh mountain air.
