Your Bigfork getaway starts with a short walk. Charming Courtyard Condo sits on the ground floor at Marina Cay Resort, where the marina and Bigfork Bay are just across the grounds and the galleries, shops and restaurants of downtown Bigfork are an easy stroll away. The condo itself looks out on the courtyard rather than the water, but the lake views are right outside as you walk the resort.

Spend the day renting a boat at the marina, paddling the bay or driving up to Glacier, then come back to a simple, comfortable base. The bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed side by side, so two couples, a few friends or a small family can each claim a spot, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room gives you a little more flexibility. A kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker covers breakfast before you head out, and the table for four is ready for takeout when you get back.

In the evening, walk over to the water for sunset, grab dinner in town, then come home, kick back on the couch and plan tomorrow. On warm nights, the air conditioner in the bedroom keeps things cool for a good night of sleep. It is an easy, affordable home base, and one you will want to come back to.
