"Arrivée avec 2h de retard a 3h du matin personnel que nous avions prévenu avaient garder la chambre . Petit déjeuner un peu tot pour un coucher si tard 😆 (maxi 10h ). Mais check out a 12h nous avons pu récupérer et attendre confortablement notre correspondance dans le Hall IMPECCABLE"

"A superb location on the river with the added bonus of the free river crossing ferry to Canary Wharf. Stunning views daytime and especially night time. Great helpful staff and superb rooms. Excellent bar area and outdoor seating. All this for an incredible price waaaaaay below hotel prices in London at this time of year. That said, although knowing it is a hostel-hotel, it was a bit of a surprise to see they allowed someone to join us in our room at half past midnight when asleep, especially when in a family group. (The person was very nice however). Overall though, highly recommended in all areas! Thanks for a superb stay for a night."
