« No phone in room everything else was great »

« Staff/manager was extremely kind and nice! Assisted me in getting checked in a bit early and helped when I had room issues. My bathroom fan didn’t work and my room had some scuffs but otherwise - all good. Just around a lot of construction at the moment. »

« Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here. »

« If I could give this hotel a negative 10,000 rating, I would. While some of the staff were somewhat polite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The breakfast area was very unclean, and the food was terrible. The cook was dressed in all black with a hoodie over their head, which did not appear professional and made us uncomfortable. « Côté autoroute, le bruit du traffic est important. Les fenêtres n'isolent pas bien de ce bruit. Les robinets ont un fonctionnement bizarre. Ce qui est sûr, c'est qu'il n'est pas possible de régler le débit. C'est du tout ou rien. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all. »

« Breakfast menu terrible. They allow smoking inside the rooms. The whole interior of the building has a stench of marijuana whole day long. It seem to be like a traffic point for some characters. »

« If I knew what I did now, I would not have stayed there. Room wise- wasn’t exactly clean but it was OKAY. Outside/ the area- horrible. Service was bad, doors wouldn’t even close/open right. I asked for new towels and they were still dirty with stains & LITTLE. »
