Iâm very disappointed. Even my kids said the water park on level 5 was no where near what we thought it would be. My 8 year old even said it was boring. The drink I got from the pool area didnât even taste like it had alcohol in it. The room shouldâve been a lot nice I think. It was kind of outdated. I just couldnât believe that the rooms didnât have a microwave. Our âfitted sheetâ ( I say that bc it was just a mattress protector) kept coming off because the zipper was broken. I went to request another and they sent me a queen size instead of a. I was also shocked that we didnât have a tub in our room. For a kid friendly resort I was thinking we would for sure have a bathtub. Then the tile in the bottom of the shower wasnât even flat.Donât even get me started on the elevators. There were 4 in the main entrance that got so congested during check-in hour the wait time was unreal. Then there was 2 more sets as well one for the garage and Iâm canât even remember where the other went. Also didnât like how the pool doesnât open till 9 and then you canât bring inside food or drinks in which just allowing water wouldâve been nice. The one thing I did like is that your wristband is also your room key. The floors carpet in halls were filthy. And several of the floors had broken ice machines.
