« We don't want to leave! Whale's Tail is comfortable and quiet. The bed is so comfortable that I just want to stay there. My back didn't bother me at all on this trip and I credit the bed. The views are fantastic from every window. Out front is the bay, but out every other window is green, making the cottage feel private. »

« Wonderful location with extraordinarily gracious hosts. Beautiful waterfront, and many watercraft choices. Close enough to Acadia to enjoy the Park, but far enough away to avoid the craziness. We enjoyed our week so much we’ll be doubling it next year. »

« Lovely cottage close to Acadia National Park and a short drive to Bar Harbor. The house was clean and perfectly sized for our family of four. It was especially nice having 1.5 bathrooms with two teenagers in the family! We also loved sitting out on the porch as well as having a grill to cook dinner. Would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to family and friends traveling to the area. And we look forward to visiting again ourselves one day! »

« The house is in a wonderful location and made a great home base for our trip. That said, there were a few details that could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience. We noticed some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly—particularly under the furniture and around the shower vent. « Wonderful! Check-in was a breeze! Great location - across from the ocean with great views of the sunrise. Walking distance of 1/2 mile from Acadia visitor center and on the Island Explorer bus route. Restaurants and coffee shop very close by. Best of all, the cottage was extremely clean and had all necessary amenities including a washer and dryer. For chilly evenings there is an outdoor gas firepit with Adirondack chairs. HIGHLY recommend! »

« This location worked out perfectly for us as it was a short drive to Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and many of the Acadia entrances. La piscine Ă©tait trĂšs propre et des serviettes sont proposĂ©es. L’emplacement est idĂ©al pour visiter l’Acadia parc et Bar Harbor. Nous reviendrions sans hĂ©siter !"
