« Prior to confirming the booking, I asked about heating as it is middle of Winter in Christchurch and we were traveling from Queensland Australia for a funeral.Upon our arrival on Friday night, we were welcomed with an overflowing rubbish bin directly next to the back door that we had key access to.Upon entering the property, we switched on the two only heat pumps one located in the hall and one in the dining area.
