„We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. The dining table the top rocked up and down independently from the legs, ...

„First thing when we walked in, we were assaulted with the stench of Marijuana. Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came. The downstairs bathroom door is not attached, and there was of urine on the back of the toilet. We left after one night and cut our weekend short and just went back home ...

„The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. “

„Lovely and spaceous apartment, with all basic necessities provided. It's close to the station, and very convenient to get to NEC and town center. It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. “

„Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit einer Küchenecke. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist auch sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Sachen zu bemängeln: als ich einchecken wollte, musste ich ca. 10 min warten, da niemand in der Rezeption war. Ich konnte auch nicht rein ins Hotel, nur erst, wenn einige Gäste rauskamen. Beim Frühstück gibt es sehr wenig Gemüse und Obstsalat war auch an einem Tag aus.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen; ein Supermarkt und ein China-Restaurant sind im Haus.Das Appartment war geräumig und gut eingerichtet und alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Besonderen Dank an die Dame von der Rezeption, die mir in einer Notlage mit persönlichem Einsatz sehr geholfen hat!“
