It is 10 minutes from the airport and a rocky beach and 20 minutes from a sandy beach, 4 minutes from the motorway exit and 15 minutes from the centre of Bari. The residence is located on the 3rd floor of Vico Massarenghi 17 in Bitonto in the province of Bari, the capital of Puglia.

The beaches are only 9 km away for Giovinazzo and 8 km for Santo Spirito, or 35-40 minutes for Polignano and Monopoli.
