Hôtel près de Black Bayou, Benton, Benton

« Motel a fuir J'ai été victime d'escroquerie et de vol de la part des propriétaires, ils nous ont saisie nos affaires pendant notre absence. (Pour information j'ai déposé plainte) Je ne parle même pas de l'état de la chambre avec des papiers datant de plus d'un an Vraiment dormer sur un banc dehors ce sera toujours mieux qu'ici »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« We didnt use the gym or the pool this trip. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Comfortable »

« The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. »

« It’s a cool place. Bar only open until 10 however. »

« I dont know where to start. It could not have been any worse. I have had surgery on both knees and had to climb 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day because the elevator was broken. My daughter asked the front desk why didnt you say something before you processed the card, He said " I dont have to" He literally had a smirk on his face as I told him about my handicap. The toilet and sink were backed up. We had to put the soiled tissue in the trash and use the kitchen sink instead. The kitchen...

« Clean rooms. Staff was inviting. Great spot to stay when traveling with family of 5 plus. They are doing renovations so no gym or pool access and parking lot space is limited with construction equipment but overall very satisfied with the stay. »

« Decor magnifique, peinture, arts,antiquités déjeuner excellent. Coté négatif trop froid dans la chambre, manquait d'eau chaude »

« The whole place smelled like weed. Breakfast coffee was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable but walls are paper thin and you can hear every door that opens and closes down your hall. Our bathroom door don’t fit right and I thought I was stuck in the bathroom. Overpriced for what you get but staff was very nice. »

« The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them. »
