Hôtel près de Black Forest Golf and Country Club, Gaylord, Gaylord

« When we got to the office ar the Waters, we couldn’t find a soul in sight to get us checked in. We called multiple times, rang the ring doorbell multiple times… no response. Went to the bar across the road and they knew the owner and said he was sleeping. We went back over and sat in front of the room hoping he would greet, apologize, etc….he never even showed his face and made zero effort to honor the booking. Needless to say, we were Extremely disappointed with this booking that left us...

« Il y avait des chaudières partout dans le lobby...le plafond coulait... le bain de notre chambre était taché noir, sale... les portes et tapis étaient sales... le lit était propre et bien fait »

« I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could hear very clearly the guests in the room above us. Very thin floors. Water pressure on the shower was poor. Definitely not worth the $260 we paid. »

« You should know what you're getting by the price. It's not the Four Seasons. It's a decades old building with the bare minimum in terms of amenities. But it's in the heart of beautiful downtown Gaylord. We stayed a full week and enjoyed our stay. »
