„Great property a short drive from downtown and campus, convenient to the highway. Lots of fun decor and a beautiful screened-in gazebo in the back yard. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe. It was the perfect place for our graduation weekend stay! The only downsides were - broken dishwasher, broken water/ice dispenser in the fridge, and an unadjustable shower head. That being said, those were fairly minor things which did not affect the quality of our stay. This is a great place and ...

„We did the required laundry. Didn't cook.Only used a few dishes.Bathrooms were nice the up bathroom had no counter space. Beds were good. 1 old man and 4 college students in town for an ACL Cornhole tournament. Kids loved the downstairs and watched the big screen while doing puzzles. “

The listing lists a sleeper couch that we expected would be moderately comfortable - It was not. We would not have considered this passable as a bed.
