« Lodge un peu delaissee avec un lit ayant perdu sa fermete et un double vitrage ne permettant pas de bloquer le bruit de circulation Let-down place with a bed which has lost its firmness and double windows which do not block the noise of the traffic. »

« Great hotel, lovely food, friendly staff and a comfy bed. »

« Wi-Fi didn’t work. No Netflix and the room smells cigarettes smoke »

« Excellent hotel with good bar food and restaurant options. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Next to good hiking trails in the beautiful Ribble Valley Only downside was the rooms on the ground floor get some noise from creaking floors from the rooms above. Last visit was particularly bad because there was a wedding reception so the noise from the floor above went on very late. »

« Lovely suite with a private garden terrace. Super sandwiches for lunch outside on the terrace, we were lucky with the weather. The only disappointment was with the à la carte main course. There was very limited choice and the fish and the beef fillet were overcooked, a shame for a Michelin star restaurant but we did not complain and it took a long time for our plates to be cleared, but the desserts were great and they were having a busy day. »

« Good communication Very clean and warm Host Very helpful Would highlyrecommend »

« We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

« Great news overnight stay. Staff were really helpful. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Food in the pub was good too. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay again if in the area. »
