« Great staff lady on »

« The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

« Lovely room. Nice breakfast. »

« A little bit difficult to get there but worth the trip. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well stocked with breakfast foods. Very close and easy access to Wales and Eye Valley. »

« Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Décor enchanteur »

« Great location, parking was easy, the room was lovely and had thoughtful additions. »

« Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok. »

« Reception manager was very helpful, and cheerful guy. »

« Cool well equipped space with well thought out amenities. »

Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! The other thing that...

« I've stayed here several times and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and the internet works. Parking is in the supermarket car park and there isn't a breakfast option in the hotel but there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. »

« Really great place to stay if you have a flight from Bristol airport. Check in was at the bar and then they showed us to our room. Very clean and comfortable bed. We also arrived just before 6pm on a Sunday when the restaurant kitchen closed at 6pm and they allowed us to eat once we had settled in after this time and made an exception. Continental breakfast was laid out from around 1am for early flights which was a really extra touch. Would really stay again even if it wasn’t for an early...
