Starry Pines Cabin looks like it came right out of a storybook, with lots of handcrafted details.

Nestled in a meadow at the edge of the forest, built from lumber that we milled on the land. We wanted to build a special place to hold special moments.

Small and cozy with a spacious covered porch, fire pit and a California King bed. It's just the place for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat. Perfect for stargazing and cloud spotting. Beautiful Mardis Mill Waterfall just down the road.

The space
This handcrafted cabin sits in a corner of our 16 acre property, very private. The walls are painted with a gorgeous blue green limewash and the trim and cabinetry are built from trees that were milled right here. We didnt want to host people in a retail rental space filled with flat packed furniture. We wanted to make a place for people to feel connected to the forest and the creek and the pine trees silhouetted against the starry night sky. We love this cabin. We think you will, too.

You have exclusive access to the cabin including covered back porch and yard with fire pit and propane grill. The cabin has a full sized bathroom with bathtub. Mardis Mill waterfall is just two miles down the road, a gorgeous swimming hole on a nature preserve.

Even though we're in the country, we have modern amenities like a dishwasher, large TV, and super fast Starlink internet.

You also have access to a laundry room (shared with one other cabin) available 24/7.

Guest access
You'll have use of the entire cabin and porch. Our property is 16 acres total, with one other cabin on the property.

Other things to note
Our property is dog friendly; you are responsible for your pets. We do have neighboring dogs that sometimes visit the cabin from across the street.
