« The property was very close to everything. well stocked kitchen, shower was nice & hot. The hot tub was nice & relaxing after a day of exploring. I would have given this property all 5 across the board, it was clean but just needed a a little extra cleaning details, like wiping out the refrigerator from previous guests. Over I would definitely stay again »

« We booked this property for last-minute getaway. How did they not know about this place before? It was simply amazing. The location is great. We loved parking at the door. It was cleaner than any other place we have ever stayed. Loved the layout and decor. Communication was top-notch and we were even checked on in person during stay. « My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo is super cute and cozy . It is obvious that Laurie cares about her properties. There was a special wedding gift and it was so thoughtful. We were in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, so we never had to pay for parking. The condo building is quite so we were able to sleep pretty well. « This cabin was amazing!! It had ample space for my family of 4, plus my parents, and my brother. The pool table, game system, hot tub, huge deck space, fire pit, porch swings, Mountain View’s from inside and outside, comfort of the beds, and accessibility to nearby hiking trails were all amazing. The only thing I’d make sure to bring is cleaning spray like Meyers or something. Everything else like paper towels, sponge, and soap were provided. I’d always pack extra paper towels if it were me....

« We spent a week in Asheville helping out with our son’s family move from Denver to Asheville. This stay was perfect for us. The home is comfortable, spacious and has a fabulous porch. The hosts were thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend this home. The only tiny drawback might be the very steep road to the location which is why I gave it 4* for location. The view is great, tho! »

« The home was set up in a manner that leant itself towards 2 couples traveling together. The gathering area with great room, dining cove and kitchen with eat at counter allowed us to share time together to talk and relax. « There’s peace and quiet if you want it, and there’s everything nearby. Close to major attractions (Biltmore) and tons of eating choices. »

« Overall this was a good experience. The only criticism of the place was the noisy water filter system that ran a couple of the nights we were there. It is timed to run for a couple of hours during the night and is very loud. Other than that the cabin was great »

Frank's home was perfect for our needs. It's so peaceful and quiet and just minutes to the outlet mall, and restaurants. « No association ever at the front desk, just kept a sign on the door to call their cell, never brought clean towels or toilet paper the whole time we stay and there were ants in the bathroom sink. No excuse as there wasn’t but no body staying there. »
