« Communication with host was excellent. Furnishings were not very new but very adequate which kept the price down. Still waiting to get deposit back after three weeks. »

« Difficulties with faulty control panel for water. Water Shut down shortly after check-in. It wasn't til noon next day that it was restored. We survived with ample bottled water we brought. The outside lights outside were fixed the next day by Leland. The trash bin was full before we placed our trash bags in it and had to put some in the back of the truck when departing. It was nice and cool inside. »

« Looking through homes on the lake to lease for a few days can be taxing! We searched multiple homes with lake access. including a clean and comfortable place for our family to stay together. Everybody had their own room. There were plenty family areas to enjoy together inside and out. The view of the lake and beautiful shade trees that surrounded the dock and patio area were beautiful. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to every text. We look forward to...

« Beautiful home with all the amenities! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this adorable duplex in Horseshoe Bay! The layout was perfect for our family, with a spacious open living area that made it easy to spend time together. The décor was fun, welcoming, and gave the home a great personality. The master bedroom was a highlight—the bed was incredibly cozy and made for a great night’s sleep. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk room! The unique layout and top bunks made it one of their favorite parts of the trip.Overall, this was a comfortable,...

« I cannot say enough about how amazing the host is at this property! So sweet and accommodating! The house is very clean and spacious. Our family loved the big covered back porch. We spent most nights out there playing games. The cove is pretty narrow, but we actually found it a really pretty boat ride in and out. We had our pontoon and just tied it up along the wall out back. Worked great! I wouldn’t swim in the water in the cove, but it’s a short ride out to more open water. Great for fishing...

« I didn’t want to write a public review because I own an STR and I know what a bad review can do, but I’m extremely unhappy. There was nothing in that place. No coffee. No laundry detergent. I know it said there was no potable water, but it was still a bad experience using what was likely lake water for everything. I honestly would have given a 5 star review in spite of all that, but my daughter slept in the bed on the left upstairs and she was awakened to ants all over her. She has about 20 ant...

« The rental was as described and looked like the pictures. There were some hickups upin check-in but the host was very responsive and helpful to resolve them. We had an awesome stay here and I would definitely reccomend it. »
