« Réception peu accueillante! »

« Accessible »

« D at the front desk and Eric (who was making sure the lobby area was clean) were extremely friendly and helpful. So was the person who checked us in the night before. Lovely accommodation, lovely staff. »

« Très bon hôtel »

« oui, impeccable »

« Very nice »

The rooms were filthy, the pool was freezing cold, the bedroom doors wouldn't open (I had to change rooms twice), there...

The shower knob…the first night I thought the hot water would slowly turn on warmer, but quickly realize the cold and hot signs is on the wrong side smh. The...

« The room was clean overall and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning. The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. »
