The living room offers a warm, immediate welcome as you step inside. It’s a comfortable space where the gas fireplace becomes the natural center of the home, especially on those misty coastal evenings when you just want to settle in and get cozy. The kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated to make meal prep easy and efficient. It is a practical space perfectly suited for a slow coastal breakfast or a dinner made with fresh fish from the local docks and vibrant veggies from the nearby farm market. The layout is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, flowing directly into the dining area so the cook is always part of the conversation. Note on Parking: While this historic property does not have a designated onsite driveway, there is a wealth of easy, unrestricted street parking available immediately adjacent to the home.

Other Things to Note:

Dog Policy:

- 1 dog max without prior host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.

- Please keep dog off all furniture and beds.

- Dog must never be left unattended in the property.

- Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.

- No excessive barking.

- Keep dog on leash when outside.

- A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dog.



Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, in line with local ordinances.



📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.



📌Property Maintenance:

A service provider may stop by during your stay to care for the outside of the property, such as yard maintenance. They’ll stay outside and won’t enter the home. See your guidebook for service days and times. We always do our best to let you know ahead of time.
