« The location was perfect, close to the lake and trails. The home was beautiful. Backyard fenced but had tons of poop. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use. « We booked Meadowlands Cottage and found - Dirty kitchen / outdoor area - Open! exposed rat poison in the kitchen - Mousetraps in the kitchen - Ants in the refrigerator This is NOT a safe place for children – leaving poison and other dangerous substances openly accessible. In addition, mice spread pathogens! We can NOT cook and sleep here with a “good & safe“ feeling. In addition, the road was right next to it and very loud.
