« Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. « it was nice stay again. neighbour was ask to silent music pretty early on sunday so a bit disapointing but rest was a good stay. expensive but this is a sort of time of the year . just missing clothes dryer there but rest was fine ;) »

« We had such a great time at Bailiff's Cottage! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cornwall. Fantastic location in the countryside right next to a livestock farm which gave our stay a lovely touch. It was great preparing our meals watching grazing animals right outside the kitchen window! Clean air, noise absence and the beautiful colors of the countryside did the rest! The cottage was perfect for the 5 of us and the garden was a bonus to our border collie who loved playing there with...

« Our group stayed in this wonderful apartment, a short walk away from a terrific pub and community shop. Our hosts were welcoming, and ensured out stay was fantastic. Nearby were a number of walks suitable for the novice to the experienced. We would be delighted to stay again! »

« Beautiful Cornish cottage, photo's are true to the accommodation. Clean and furnished nicely. Beds and furniture were in good condition and were comfy, was a pleasure to come home and relax in. Needs a washing machine and dryer though. Also there was a bad smell of damp which I think was due to how much rain Cornwall has had over the last 2 months, but it didn't ruin our stay. During summer it probably wouldn't be noticable. Host was great and provided a beautiful welcome hamper. »

« We wanted to stay in St Teath so this house was perfect. It's a great village with a lively pub serving good food. The house was spacious, light and airy. Lovely bedrooms which were all a decent size and the master was enormous. It is bigger than the photos show. We didn't use the garden much due to the time of year but it is a good size with lovely views. Easy parking. Highly recommended, we will visit again. »

One of the reasons we had booked was the availability of internet as our son in law needs access for his business. We had no point of contact to get internet back up. He had to spend every day sat outside the bar working. »

« Welcoming, well furnished, clean, spacious and warm cottage in excellent location in north Cornwall for access to beaches, camel trail and walks. On Hustyns estate but still felt private and we used the pool and gym everyday. No TV in the lounge which was really disappointing as couldn’t all sit together and watch a movie to relax having been out walking/swimming. Cornish Horizons service was brilliant especially as over NYE and they got us a DVD player (the one provided was also broken). Owners...
