« Very nice property, with all utencils and eqipment necessary. Well situated to all local amenaties. Could possibly do with a deeper clean, many visible cobwebs and dead flies in windows that were there on day one. »

« The property was beautiful, in a great location. The surrounding area was amazing and we got so lucky with the weather. The Bay View & the Stag were great pubs and the chippy directly opposite was a god-send on arrival. The facilities at the property were more than sufficient, more than enough of everything. Couldn't recommend more. »

« Perfect place,So quiet and relaxing.Hot tub right next to pod and no one walks past front of it,well a few chickens!The fishing lake is so beautiful,saw 2 herons.3 big Supermarkets 20 minutes away and lovely High Street a short drive .The owners are so friendly and approachable. The pod was warm,clean and Very well equipped. Can Highly Recommend, you will not want to leave! »

« Rose cottage was a charming and comfortable place from which we could experience the highlights of the region. Sitting by the river on the outdoor patio was an amazing way to wind down from the many hikes around Beddgelert. The cottage was well equipped and proved to be a superb location. The only downside for us was the flooring. We encourage Elaine to consider replacing the carpet throughout with flooring that could better enhance the cottage’s charm and to ensure tidiness. « We stayed for just a couple of nights but will behappy to return here for a longer stay. The property is small but very well appointed and equipped and the location is perfect. Hosts were friendly and helpful. No negatives at all, great little property. »

« Where to start. The only positive comment is that the holiday park that the property is situated is lovely, with good facilities. If I was the owner of the park, I wouldn't allow this cottage to be associated with it. Now for the negatives. 1. Firstly the picture shown on the website is nothing like the property looks like and should be removed. Its an old terraced cottage. That needs a lot of TLC to the front and rear of the property. 2. « Great little getaway for myself, my wife and our dogs. The place itself is finished to a really high standard and very cosy, especially when the log burner is on. The mezzanine is great and has a really comfy bed. The only thing that would have made it better is if the front area was fenced off with it being dog friendly however that certainly didnt ruin it for us. Would definitely recommend »

« Lovely warm property, well equipped kitchen, games to play and books to read. Great hosts there to show us around and let the kids feed the chickens, which they loved. Lovely little food parcel to welcome us which the kids loved dipping into. Beautifully clean and comfortable with extra blankets and throws for snuggling. We didn’t realise there was no bath when we booked which would have added to the experience and eased our muscles after hiking Snowdon but it is on the listing that it is shower...

"If you plan to visit the iconic village of Portmeirion, the village in the no less iconic TV serie The prisoner, The Moelwyn Hotel & Restaurant is really a good place to stay for one night or more. Within 100m of the beach and the castle, the welcome is warm and attentive, you will enjoy comfortable rooms with comfortable bedding and don’t miss the restaurant where you can taste good food, good wine and good beer. You have a good choice for breakfast, continental or English with large portions to be able to face the coming day.
