  • Notre appartement moderne colline de jardin est propre, lumineux et confortable, et dispose d'un jardin privé avec vue imprenable sur la mer et piscine privée.(Nous gérons d'autres propriétés dans la même zone S'il vous plaît demander des détails)

    Nous avons un plan ouvert cuisine / salle à manger / salon qui ouvre sur un grand espace aménagé avec transats et hamacs. Nous avons un 3 x 5 m piscine privée à débordement, à l'usage exclusif des occupants de l'appartement, qui est entouré d'arbres fruitiers.

    Il ya un grand lit double et une chambre à deux lits. Les deux chambres sont lumineuses, spacieuses et décorées dans un style moderne. La chambre principale dispose de la climatisation.

    La cuisine est grande et a tous les équipements habituels, il est grand espace pour la cuisson et divertissant que l'espace entre la cuisine et le jardin est fluide et facile pour beaucoup de gens de profiter confortablement. Pourquoi ne pas avoir un barbecue de poissons pêchés localement et quelques verres de vin à froid tandis que vous appréciez les magnifiques couchers de soleil.

    La salle d'eau en marbre est facile à utiliser et agréable et fraîche chaleur


    Activités locales: Nous pouvons vous aider à organiser actitives et les déplacements locaux. Par exemple:

    Bateau quotidien privé / voyage de pêche, y compris barbecue sur une île, choisissez votre propre destination, au sud ou au nord des îles.

Great stay

We really really enjoyed our stay - had a week with my parents and 1 year old, had plenty of opportunity to sit back, relax, watch the amazing sunset. We could find everything we needed in the house; Erol was available to help if needed and communication was very smooth. The only draw back is the hill up to the house - it is a very steep climb, which meant that we ordered everything home and didn’t go down to the sea at all. It is ok for short stays but I would probably rent a car if I were stay here again.

Villa with a view

Myself and my husband had a great 8 nights here at this villa, Erol the host was very kind and responsive to any questions and even let us check out later on our last day ( as no new guests were due) which was great as we had an extra day at the beach : ) The view is something from out of this world and we enjoyed watching the sunsets across the Greek and Turkish Islands. It is a very quiet and peaceful location but close enough to get to restaraunts and amazing beaches. We had a car and so would recommend that as the villa is on a hill and in the heat would be a lot to walk up that hill! The villa was comfortable, wifi worked great and we had everything we needed. The cost for the area is reasonable and in line, we would definitely stay here again we left refreshed and recharged. Thanks so much Erol! All the best, Sarah & Kemal

Half term break

Erol is an amazing host. Very kind person who helped us book taxis etc..the apartment has stunning views and we loved sitting in the garden and chilling by the pool. However we were disappointed to find the apartment quite dirty on arrival Although Erol arranged a cleaner to come in the next day it was disappointing to find the place with dirty floors and dusty surfaces. The place has lots of potential but needs greater care and maintenance. For example , the kitchen is not well stocked and the crockery is old and oven was greasy and dirty. The place needs updating. There is not enough cupboard space so i ended up keeping most of my clothes piled up on chairs. However the wifi works well and tv is cabled to various channels. We wish you luck Erol. I am sure with better care and maintenance the apartment will be comfortable and great place to stay.

A wonderful vacation

We rested at this villa from 12.06.2022 to 26.06.2022. I was very pleased with the hospitality of Erol and the wonderful location of the house. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea and islands. The beach is also very conveniently located 3 minutes by car from the house. The beautiful cities of Turgetreis and Gyumyushlyuk with a large number of restaurants and shops are located 10-15 minutes by car, Bodrum is 30-40 minutes by car. Thanks to Erol for organizing a boat trip and fishing. The Aegean Sea is wonderful! We will definitely return to this place again.

Excellent property, location, and host!

Our family (2 adults + 2 kids) stayed in the property for 15 days in August 2021. The property is great (exactly like the photos, so no surprises), very clean, modern, has breathtaking see and sunset views, and a garden with pool. The host (Mr. Erol), is very friendly and helpful! He lives above, but you don't notice him, apart from when you need him, so he will make sure he will come and give a helping hand! Internet connection is very good (a must for me as I had to work). It's good to have a car in order to move around, but nothing is far, it's just not walking distance. Turgutreis and Gumusluk which are very lovely small towns with night life, are 10-15mins by car. We will definitely visit the property again!

Perfect Summer Vacation in Bodrum

We spent amazing 17 days (in July) at this beautiful villa and our summer vacation could not be any better. The owner, Erol, is a very kind and helpful person. He gave us lots of nice tips on the activities to do, places to go, even helped us to organise our parasailing - water activity. Before I got my turkish phone number, he was kind enough to let us use his phone number for some of the online deliveries. The villa is well located, in between Turgutreis and Gümüşlük and it is in the rather less crowded area and we really liked it so much! It is a bit uphill - where you have very nice view from the house to the sea (turkish/greek islands, sunrise, sunset). The villa, was very clean, well equipped with almost everything one might need at home, if anything is missing, Erol, is very kind to provide it. We felt very safe staying at this villa. We walked for about 7-10 mins to the shops, like MigrosJet, small local shops, bakery or restaurants, beaches at the shore of Aegean Sea. There are very nice restaurants, for very reasonable prices, and in the evening with perfect sunset view. Basically, along the shore there are beaches, both public and private ones. You do not need to pay anything for Private Beaches, you can go there a bit earlier and find yourself sunbed/lounge chair and you can order drinks/food from restaurants these chairs belong too, and they bring food to you, or you can eat at the tables. Very nice set up. You can walk for about 40 mins along the beaches to Turgutreis or Gümüşlük, or take a cab which would take 10 mins or so. Overall, it was a perfect summer vacation, well spent in Bodrum at this beautiful villa. We would stay here again! Best, Khalida & Matthew

Perfect getaway weekend!

The place was a perfect little house set off the beaten path. Not too far from the beach. But honestly with the views and the pool there was no need to leave the property. The owner was extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond! So thankful we chose this place and definitely would stay again!

We just returned from our lovely stay in Bodrum. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool or sunbathing in the garden. The water was a bit choppy during our visit, so we went to a beach about 20 minutes away that Erol recommended, Incir plaj, near Karaincir. It's a small cove, sandy beach, and shallow water that was perfect for our 3 year old son to splash and play around in. Evenings we wandered around Turgut Reis or the beach near the house. This house is in a quiet part of Bodrum, perfect for those who want a beach holiday but without a lot of noise and crowds. Exactly what we were looking for while on vacation. Erol was very helpful and eager to help or recommend sites to see. We were very happy in this house, and are already looking forward to our next vacation there.

The location is perfect, Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing, that’s why I don’t need to go to any other places the house was enough for me & for my family. A very quiet location. The apartment is well equipped. Erol & Charlotte the owners were very very kind, they live upstairs, if you had any questions or needed something you could ask Erol. Very friendly!! You must have a car to go through a big climb from the main road to the apartment That's why you have such a great view!!! You can go to the Marina where you will find several restaurants along the sea. For rest seakers it's the place to be. I dream to go back in the same house and enjoy another vacation. Finally I want to thank Erol & Charlotte for their help and kind welcome to their beautiful house.

It doesn't get any better than this...

So... where to start? The basics first: It's really really nice - the flat is as described, even a bit more spacious than expected. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and we had enough space to not get too much on each others nerves. The place is well equipped, everything you wish for in the kitchen (including a juicer to make use of these delicious oranges you can by for next to nothing!), washing machine, nice comfy beds, clean and modern bathroom... Outside: private pool and a overwhelming view! The location is a 10min walk away form the beach, a 5min car ride away from the Turgutreis market and 25min by car away form Bodrum... so quite central a great starting point for trips. It is possible to be without car - but I would recommend to get a cheap runaround - it makes things just so much easier! Talking about activities: boat trips, scuba, lazy days at the pool ... everything is available, Erol is great with advice and contacts to locals. Can't recommend it more - and we will definitely be back soon! Thanks for a great 2 weeks! Daniel/Jelena and the 2 teenagers!

splendid!

Perfect location! nice light apartment. The view is amazing. A very quiet location. The apartment is well equipped. And looks very nice. The owners were very very kind, they live upstairs, if you had any questions or needed something you could ask Erol, the owner. Very friendly!! the only disadvantage I can give is that it's a big climb from the main road to the apartment but......... for us no problem. That's why you have such a great view!!!You can take a taxi if you would like to. Kalikadesi is a small village with some little shops and several restaurants along the sea. A bit unspoiled Turkye, I think. For rest seakers it's the place to be. We certainly would like to go back! Thanks for everything! Giacomo and Claudia

Turkish holiday delights!

Comfortable apartment with great view of the sea. Local beach friendly cafe owner,quiet qnd unspoiled,with lots of Turks there. Allowed to sit for hours under cover drinking tea and soaking up the atmosphere. Local restuarants cheap and friendly. Easy to get around. The help of villa owner Erol was very much appreciated, to organise visits to the local Turkish baths etc. We enjoyed the local market and especially the honeycomb ice cream. Cant wait to go back.
