Headline for potential renters: this place was generally fine. Not great, but adequate. I am giving it a "poor' rating for the quality of the customer service I received when relatively small things went wrong. It is my hope that perhaps the owner of this property will see this and know what his manager is like...
Small stuff:
1) The TV didnt have a netflix app. When I went to add one (the add said it would and my family had been planning on it), it said I needed a password to add it. When I texted the manager, she refused to give me a password to add it and just kept telling me she'd get it fixed tomorrow (I was a one night renter so why she thought fixing it tmrw would be on any help to me, I don't know. When I asked her to refund $50 to make up for it, she ignored me. Ghosted me. When I asked a second time, she replied "I unfortunately cannot provide a refund because the TV was in fact working." Honestly, the snark of "in fact" is basically what imspired me to bother with this review. It is reflective of the general lack of ability to get in the customers' shoes that marred this rental.
2) Before I even checked in, I got 6+ emails from 3 different email addrresses about this rental. When I went to check in, I couldn't find the one with the door code and texted to ask for it. The reply that I got from the manager was "I emailed it to you on x date and am forwarding it again now." I didn't think much of it at the time but after the snark, I went back and looke
