This was my second stay. my first stay was two years ago, I feel as if the hotel has gotten even better, this will be my new preffered hotel for business purposes.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful from the staff to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the transfers to and from the airport, that was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. On the internet what you see is not always what you get. Well the Harrison Plaza Suite hotel will not disappoint you, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant getaway.

Very happy

I was very happy with my stay at the Harrison from the room to the staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the airport transfer which made it very easy for me. You never know what you are getting when you book on the internet, the Harrison will NOT disappoint you.

Great Hotel for the price

I wasn't really expecting much from this hotel, but I don't really expect from the hotels I book anyway. I usually just use them for a place to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. It was the largest and most comfortable room of the hotels I stayed at over my vacation but it was also the cheapest. I would gladly stay there again.

Way more than I expected

The staff was so helpful. They commented they had turned the a/c on for us before our arrival. Good, since it was 99 degrees out. After 10 minutes in the room, we got a courtesy call to make sure we were satisfied with the room. Great breakfast by the pool and everyone on the staff was open and friendly. Best customer service by far on our 2 week trip.

Unique Compared to Hotel Chains

Lobby may be small, but almost everything else is large in this hotel. The rooms and hallways are large compared to typical hotels. Nice heated pool and seating around the pool in the atrium that features magnolia trees (in Idaho!) and breakfast is served in this area. You can eat at the tables in the atrium or take it outside to the patio. Lots of electrical outlets for recharging electronics, and the rooms seem to be well insulated from sound on all sides. TV is still a medium sized tube version so that could be upgraded, but the beds pillows were very comfortable as a matter of opinion. Street in front of hotel has direct access to the Interstate, but about a 1/2 mile away so you do not hear the traffic. Will stay there again!

Excellent Hotel

Exactly what you want in a hotel. Privately owned and operated extremely well. the rooms were spacious, comfortable and internet was complementary. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay.

My only negative comment is on the breakfast. Basic at best. Fresh fruit would have been good.

Wonderful Hotel, Large rooms, comfy beds!!

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! Hotel was clean and very unique. The rooms were large with very comfortable beds. The pool was very nice! The free breakfast and newspaper were wonderful. My only complaint was the tvs, they were old and didn't have very good pictures. Overall had a great experience would definitely stay again!!

Okay but not worth returning

The hotel is a bit run down with old furniture; not particularly convenient to downtown, so a rental car is necessary. No gym but a big pool in the lobby. Okay, but won't say again.

Pretty good after a long day's drive

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful. I was only driving through and the pool was appreciated to stretch and relax. Overall the hotel seemed a little dated in terms of the decour but that should not really matter. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel in a questionable area

The room and staff were fine. The building appears well maintained and the staff is friendly. The location, however, is what kind of threw me. It is in an older part of town, and appears to be a supported by college students for the most part. Lots of mini marts random strip-mall type shops. You will be driving miles away to go find something worth eating as the closest thing to acceptable within a few miles is an Outback (thats as nice as it gets around there) that had a long line to get in.

It is always great to stay here! It's the only place we stay when we come to Boise. Orlando is the BEST!
