Best vacation rental

Honestly, this was the cleanest and most well-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and I really appreciated the high quality of the dishes and utensils. Check-in was easy, and the neighborhood was fantastic—just a short walk to two parks where we enjoyed walking our dog. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Floor Plan and great design and layout for six of us. Amazing yard and amazing neighborhood. Close to everything. Super clean well stocked and prompt response to texts and questions. Look forward to coming back to stay here another time!

Boise State Spring Game

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!! This was my second stay here. Place is so much fun! Pool table and record player room is a personal favorite! Back yard has a great BBQ and dining area. Grass was so green. We broke out the corn hole game before Easter dinner. Love the music theme throughout the house… looking forward to staying again during the football season. iTrips group is always available and in communication with us making sure things are going well with our stay.

Great space - great neighborhood

Our group of 4 women really enjoyed our stay. The house is big with plenty of room for group and individual activities, the back deck and yard are amazing, the kitchen well appointed and the pool table is just icing on the cake.

Fun find

Fun find. The music theme was fun. You could tell the hosts knew what they were doing. I was surprised how clean it was being a place that allowed animals.

Football Trip

Great time with lifelong friends. BBQ and outdoor space was perfect. Pool table and record player room was a very fun space. Roomy and clean. Would stay again definitely!

Convenient & Lovely Yard

We found this home to be in a great location with an easy walk down the hill to Albertsons or Ann Morrison park. Our dogs loved watching squirrels in this pretty and safely enclosed back yard. The temps were in the 100’s the whole week or so we were there but the home and the detached building out back stayed very comfortable. We picked up a baby gate to block the narrow curved stair down to the basement bedroom from our small dogs and you would probably want one for young children as well but other than that it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time!

Music retreat

Great place and great back yard and deck for outdoor eating. Nice shade trees which helped in the 100 degree weather. Very nice accommodations for our family.

Great location for 4th of July

The house was great for us several couples to hangout and enjoy the 4th of July weekend. Awesome location 5 minutes to downtown and close to the park where we floated the river. Everything was as-advertised and working well. We could see fireworks from the backyard.

Great house

We had a wonderful stay. It was our son’s graduation from college and we had family and friends stay. It was in a very nice neighborhood. Very large back yard with a nice deck. We would stay there again! Highly recommend!

Great family home

This home suited our family perfectly as we were visiting our adult son who lives in Boise. We brought the grandparents with us, so we each had our own bedroom. The kitchen and backyard with bbq was perfect to prepare our family meals. One thing to note is the downstairs bedroom has tight and steep spiral stairs, in case you have any little ones or older folks staying with you, just something to note. Otherwise, it was a perfect house that also allowed us to bring our family pet for our visit with our son.

Great Space & Neighborhood

We enjoyed the music, the pool table, and television amenities. The space allows for four people to have their own privacy. The little cabin out back doesn't have a bathroom so do not recommend having the night-time bathroom goer have that space. Be mindful of floor transition, they are quite uneven but once known it was a non-issue. The host sent our great communication, including that we could check-in an hour early. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, and the common areas were spacious and welcoming.

Amazing location

Enjoyed the Marshall Street Music Retreat very much. Close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Well stocked, comfortable, good for dogs, fun pool table! Would rent here again for sure.

Great Fall Family Weekend

The best VRBO property we have ever stayed at! Great house, location to downtown was perfect and the neighborhood was beautiful. Great backyard. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a 18 month old. Very easy check in check out. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying Boise!
