« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « The room was very clean, which I really appreciated, and the hot tub was nice and warm—definitely a highlight of the stay. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not free as advertised on Expedia. On top of that, the coffee was really poor quality, and the food options they do serve could use significant improvement. Overall, the cleanliness and hot tub were great, but the breakfast and food experience did not meet expectations. »
