Très bon accueil
Très bien accueilli par Valerio et Martina, ils donnent même des conseils pour aller manger ou simplement visiter. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant la prise du logement. Le logement est bien en lui-même, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Par contre nous n'avons pas réussi à nous connecter au wifi. Et il y a eu du bruit des voisins jusqu'à 2h du matin.

Muy buena ubicación!!
Muy buen ubicado, las instalaciones bien en general. El único tema es que el servicio de limpieza al cuarto te lo cobran, cuando en al menos el 99% de los hoteles en los que me he quedado lo incluyen, para eso mejor consigo un Airbnb un poco mejor y al mismo precio. El otro detalle es que articulos de limpieza como papel sanitario, shampoo y/o gel de ducha es muy limitado y cuando te das cuenta de que ya no hay tienes que ir a una tienda por que las oficinas despues de cierto horario ya no tienen servicio. Son vacaciones para conocer, caminar, comer, etc, no para ponerle atencion a esos detalles, para eso pides ayuda en un front desk como en un hotel.

Excellent!
We can highly recommend the Residenza Ariosto. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed, (including a washing machine and detergent.) It is well located - walking distance tips the train station, major tourist sites and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. We cannot praise the staff at Studio Vita (the agency that manages the appartments) enough: check-in was very efficient; the staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us plenty of information about what to see and where to eat. A little problem with the toilet flush was quickly repaired. We would definitely stay at Residenza Ariosto again.

Excellent apartment in a great location
The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a quiet street that is close to the centre of the old town, and convenient to some excellent restaurants, enotecas, great shopping and interesting sight seeing. Highly recommended. Also recommend a visit to the Poggi Museum in the University of Bologna - a short stroll away.

We had a comfortable stay in Studio Vita apartment. It was a well equipped apartment, a home away from home as we were able to cook light meal and enjoy our holiday with family.

Gostei muito da localidade. Perto de tudo . Voltarei com certeza. Fica um pouco distante da estação , mas pegamos ônibus 27 bem próximo do hotel. Tem sorveteria bem perto e um preço bom . Tem supermercado conad próximo . A localização é ideal para passear nos monumentos a pé e fazer compras . Passei 5 dias com minha família . Uma observação e que devemos chegar cedo até 17h para pegar as chaves no escritório em frente a hospedagem .

perfect stay
It was a lovely stay. Evetything was perfect. Staff was super friendly. It was very clean and location was also superb. The only thing was the bed was not a double bed, instead two single beds side by side, which was a little uncomfortable. I really recommend the facility to keep an extra double mattress to make your couple guests happier.

Fantastic location, quiet but close to the centre. Well equipped with tea, coffee etc and even wash powder if you want to use the washing machine. Check In was very easy as the company office is literally across the street.

Amamos este lugar! Fica no coração do centro histórico de Bolonha. Equipe super prestativa e organizada. Entraram em contato previamente para confirmar a reserva e para oferecer um upgrade de acomodação sem custo adicional, já que o ar condicionado estava quebrado. Ficamos no Studio Vita 7. Limpeza, conforto, comodidade, serviço, tudo maravilhoso. Ficaríamos lá de novo com certeza e recomendamos!

The property is really close to the city centre and the train station. There was cooking facilities but the food in Bologna is amazing. The apartment is spacious with good range of cooking equipment.

A pleasant stay.
It was clean and extremely comfortable. Check in & our process was swift and helpful. We were grateful that our bags were able to be stored. The area felt safe and it was close to everything we wanted to see. However, we didn’t like how the kitchen and sleeping space were in the same room. The bathroom was clean and had great utilities like a washing machine. The surrounding area was quiet which meant we had great nights sleep.
