Bear House is tucked into the woods a ten-minute walk from Lake George, and it is bigger than it looks — six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeps 16+. The detached game room has a karaoke stage, billiards, shuffleboard and arcade machines. Outside: a six-person hot tub, a stone fire pit, a fenced yard for the dog, and a dock slip waiting at the lake.

Secluded enough to be loud. Close enough to walk to the water.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Check-in 4 pm, checkout 10 am. After booking we send a short rental agreement to sign, then arrival details on the day. The primary guest must be 25 or older. Undisclosed pets are charged $250 each. Cancellations carry a non-refundable card-processing fee. Concierge services and WOW experiences — private chef, boat rental, mobile sauna, a s’mores bar — are available on request.
