Beautiful home with amazing views! Well stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. Lots of towels. Plenty of room for our family. Pool did not need to be heated this time of years, the kids spent a lot of time in it. Spa is small but relaxing. Quiet residential neighborhood. Close enough to beaches and downtown. Highly recommend!

Perfect Grad Week!

We had an amazing time staying at this property visiting the San Diego area and attending my son’s grad from SDSU. I had 5 families stay and we had more than enough room and was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, spacious, comfy and everything for all from kids to grandparents - coffee on the patio, pool time, games outside and the game room. Our host, Mo, was fantastic to work with and very attentive and responsive whenever we had questions. We will be back!

Some minor things with house. Front door lock and lock box were a pain. Owner should consider another method. Master bath does not hold water, so no soaking in tub in evening. Hot tub is small. Amazing views quite location. Some.much room in house to spread out. Game room is cool. Outdoor grill is awesome with TV. Side burner on grill didnt work.

Very Organized and Great for Family Reunions

The pictures are accurate but the views are better in person. Everything is labeled and organized. The heated pool was an additional bonus but requires additional fees. A lot of activities for children such as the arcade room, pool, hot tub, ping pong table.

We had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10. Lots of space plenty of washrooms, great kitchen space. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Good access to San Diego and all the attractions were 25 minutes away.

Family Wedding Weekend

The home was EXACTLY as described. The photos didn't truly do it justice. Our family enjoyed four days together without being on top of each other. The views were exquisite. The responsiveness of the Owners was outstanding. There was hardly any need to contact them, but when we did, we got a reply within minutes (less than 10, usually 2 or 3 minutes). We are already looking for an opportunity to return and have another family adventure in Bonita! Thank you for sharing it with us!!

Great stay in Bonita!

The house had ample room for our multigenerational family group, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house was clean, well-equipped, and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were just right for kids and adults, as was the game room. The beds were super comfortable, too. We appreciate that the hosts were experienced and knowledgeable in setting up the home. All around a great stay.

Exceptional House and Location

We had family coming into town from a few different states and this was a great place for us all to come together. the house was close enough for all our day trip activities in san Diego and stocked with everything you would need to stay in and cook. we had two babies on the trip and the crib, highchair, and Pack & Play was extremely helpful. Everything was as described and in many cases beat our expectations.

Amazing house with a view in Bonita, CA

Our stay at this VRBO was perfect! We stayed here for a family reunion with 14 people and there was plenty of room. The house was clean ( spotless), beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need as a guest: ie kitchen appliances (coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster) as well as spices, plastic bags etc. The outside is as it appears in the photos, picture perfect view, pool, spa, and space to hang out. Communication was quick, easy with the owners. Could not ask for more in a VRBO, if we are able to come to SD again, we will definitely stay here!

Lovely house!

The house was a very good choice for a group of our size and ages. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living spaces large, and the view from the deck was spectacular. The garage entertainment options were enjoyable for the young ones in our group, and the pool and hot tub were quite nice. The hosts were professional, and responded quickly to the few questions we had. All in all, we enjoyed this property!

AMAZING

I can not say enough great things about this property! Everything was exactly as advertised and more. The house was impeccable. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere we have stayed previously and it was wonderful to have spices and staples available so that you did not have to buy them for what is typically a small amount used. The outdoor space was fabulous and we spent a majority of our time enjoying it. Plenty of towels, soap, trash bags, hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in every bathroom. Our hosts were very easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to the San Diego area.

Wonderful spot

Our group of 7 adults and 3 teens had a wonderful stay. This house is extrememly well equipped - in the kitchen, linens and towels, furniture and activities - and everything was comfortable and high end. The house itself is large and beautiful - lots of room for everyone to spread out, but also plenty of common areas that has enough seating for everyone. Comfy bedding and plentiful pillows. Tvs in each bedroom. The outdoor deck and pool area are top notch. The views were outstanding. Safe neighborhood with sidewalks (but it is on the top of the hill, so expect steep walking conditions if you take a walk...be prepared with strong lungs and legs) The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We were very happy with our stay here.

Awesome stay for family

Our family stayed 10 days in this gorgeous house. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and a joy to use. Family and kids spent many hours in the wonderful pool and backyard space. We would highly recommend and will probably be back.

Wonderful Stay

Nine family members selected this beautiful home when we decided to visit San Diego for thanksgiving week. We came from New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Arizona so finding the right home to accommodate ages 17 through 78 was important. We could not have made a better choice. Mo was an outstanding host, very responsive to any requests or questions we had, from the very first time we contacted him through the day we checked out. The house was stocked with a lot of amenities, very comfortable beds and bedding, and a great game room and outdoor play/kitchen area. The house was very close to all the sites in San Diego and very easy to get downtown. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and the back of the house overlooks the city with spectacular views. You will not be disappointed if you choose this VRBO.

Best family get together ever

Loved everything about this beautiful home. Stayed with extended family (13 in all – west coast/east coast get together). Space for everyone, lots to do. Home was very clean and incredibly well equipped with everything in good working condition. Listing is accurate.
