I will start by saying the location is excellent. We use VRBO all of the time for travel and always have a seamless experience and never take the time to write a review because all is well. This experience was much different. Just on the first day we found out the grill, dryer, dishwasher and all but 1 burner on the stove didn’t work. The washing machine was so loud it could only be ran if everyone left the home. We messaged the company and they said they were aware of the issues and would send someone out. Why would they not warn us ahead of time so we would have prepared accordingly? On day 4 they sent an appliance repair company out- they spent over 4 hours in the home and said they have been there multiple times. They were able to fix the dishwasher and dryer! Still the loud washer and only 1 burner on the stove worked for the remainder of our trip. The whole reason for a home and not staying in a hotel is so we had the amenities of a being able to cook our own meals - and this was not possible at this home. The communication with Vacasa is impossible as a different person responds with a different answer every time. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
