Great location

Everything was perfect- the view outside on the balcony faced the pool which was cool- all the beach chairs and toys (even a "buggy" to carry our stuff to beach)were included which was so convenient- a great Cafe on property- Grill area- would have loved to use but it rained the day we tried- all in all a perfect get away- Thank you

Excellent location. Walk to the beach to watch the sunsets and walk to on site tennis courts. No need to drive for those activities. We discovered a great little onsite cafe with excellent staff and healthy food.

Great Locaton

First time for us in Bonita Springs. The condo was clean and functional, just what we needed for the week. This is the only location we would stay at due to parking issues for the beach. This is a nice location, walk to the beach and Doc's for a bite to eat. If doing anything else you have to drive.

Cold get away!

This unit was very convenient to everything. We are tennis players and was down one flight of stairs and across the street. Enjoyed the closeness to the beach and local restaurants. A couple of days were cool, so it was nice to enjoy the deck that had glass that could be closed off. The unit has a king size bed, hair dryer, beach chairs, so really no need to bring these and the kitchen is well equipped. The only downsize - it was good I brought my ipad as the tv was not set up to get network channels and the streaming didn’t work. I watched the australian open with my ipad.

Reasonably good accomodations

It looks like there had been a recent renovation on the building; however, it still looked old and slightly neglected. Inside of the condo was clean and tidy, but there were two issues that I must mention. First was a nearly blocked drain in the kitchen sink, and second was the quality of the bed. This shortcomming was unforgiveable; absolutely one of the worst beds I had slept in

Excellent value and wonderful stay!

My husband and I, along with our 13 year old, stayed a week in this beautiful condo. Comments below - well maintained grounds and property, unit had newer carpet and updated furniture -check in was simple. Just show up and enter your code in the lock. No keys to mess with! -The condo was very clean, hotel quality bedding and towels. Kitchen has nice and new looking dishware, utensils, and appliances. We didn't dine out at all and had everything needed for cooking. Nothing ratty or broken, which is not always the case when you use a rental! -Overall quiet throughout the day and night despite it being the busy season -Pools are saltwater and perfect temperature -Screened in balcony with ceiling fan was nice for dining and hanging out! The view is over the parking lot and pool, which is obviously not as nice as beach view, but the price point makes up for it - You CANNOT beat the location and price. Just around the corner from the Bonita Public Beach (exit the building and walk through parking lot to cross the street). The condo came with super nice beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and beach cart! The cart was a life saver since we like to trek a ways down to a more secluded area -We used the pullout couch for our daughter and she said it was comfortable enough. Given the size of the condo, I think having more than 3 people would be a bit tight, but if you have small children you'd be fine. Again, this condo/location/price point were perfect for our family -The Beach is AMAZING! Beautiful green/blue water and so many shells. If you walk into the water until you reach more sandy area, dig in your toes to find literally hundreds of star fish and sand dollars. Remember they are alive, so be careful with them and put them back in their home! - Our only area for improvement-- since a washer/dryer is not in the unit, additional wash clothes/towels would have been nice since we had three people and stayed a week (5 bath towels and 4 washclothes provided). We did a load of laundry (coin operated on first floor) and it was easy and low hassle -One thing to be cautious about- you have to walk through the parking lot and cross an intersection to get to the beach. The intersection has flashing lights and when you push a button all cars are supposed to stop. We had a few instances when people blew through the intersection and it was a bit scary. Be aware and hold the hands of your children! Not the condo's fault, but something to note.

Great place. Clean, about 100 yards from beach, can't be beat for the money.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Five building complex that is right across the street from the beach. The room as well as the project itself was very clean and well maintained. The unit provided 4 chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler. Nice touch. If I had known would have left mine at home. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything one needs to cook. Flaws? There was no drain cover on. This is troublesome, especially with the disposal. Wasn't until the third day did we discover where it was "hidden." There is a VAC provided but I think a mop should. Only real thing that perturbed me was that AFTER we booked, we were given instructions to keep the A/C at 74 or above. This would have been a deal-breaker for me had I known. If the A/C freezes below 74, it needs repairing. Other than that, the stay was flawless. I recommend the place and expect to be back. Truly worth the price. To quote the old commercial, " Try it. You'll like it."

The walkways of the condominium could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise, I had no complaints. I was locked out at one point when they changed the access code for some reason and initially panicked because I could not reach anyone. However, they called me back within five minutes of me leaving the message and had everything up and running again.

Great place

Great location. Won't need a car. Docs restaurant is really good for food and right next to the beach. Fantastic sunset views from the beach. The beach was a 4 minute walk across the main road. Definitely would stay here again.

What a lovely place with all the amenities one could ask for! The place was immaculate, charming and so comfortable, especially the bed! The pool is just steps out the door and beach less than a five minute walk. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and beach buggy made for wonderful days at the beach! A beautiful place to stay and several restaurants close by...Enjoy!
