"Premier Inn est mon premier choix lorsque je voyage en Angleterre et que les prix sont raisonnables (ce qui est de moins en moins le cas) car la qualité des prestations est généralement très bien. Cet hôtel sera mon premier choix pour un prochain séjour à Cologne. Au-delà du fait que l'hôtel est bien situé, il surprend par son intérieur et la taille de ses chambres (et je n'ai pas pris une premium cette fois). A part un ascenseur en panne, le rapport qualité-prix est là !"

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "
