„First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. „We arrived at the property and immediately noticed that the floors were sticky. Carpets were stained all throughout the house and everything was very dirty. We thought we would be able to just clean it up ourselves but even after scrubbing the floors they were sticky. The mattresses were all dirty and 1 was completely unusable. Cleanliness (or non-cleanliness) aside, our biggest problem with this house was that it was completely unsafe. All of the smoke detectors were located in the wrong spots ...

„Our party of out of town wedding guests loved the cabin. Its a beautiful setting - they enjoyed the dock, lake, and kayaks. Kitchen was very workable...we grilled burgers on the big deck. I live a few miles away and are considering a stay and pretending I am far from home on vacation! One negative - there are fans but no windows have screens, so no crossbreeze when its hot. And its hot here in the summer. “

„The only bad thing I can say about our stay was there is NO air conditioning. I did not realize this was normal in the Pacific Northwest. We southerners need our cool air! I immediately contacted our host when we arrived to a warm house & he informed me that due to the cooler climate, it was normal & advised where the portable fans were. „Such a cute space! This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A/C unit, fan, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. We planned on a friend coming for a night and the pull out couch bed was a huge reason for booking. We ended up not using it but the couch was very comfortable.
