„This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. There is no thermostat for the heat so you are relying on a remote thermostat somewhere else in the house to control the baseboard radiators. The location was ...

„The accommodation is quaint & interesting. Access to each room is through the other and the doorways are narrow. Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. Good, quiet & private location with Maes cafe and bakery 3 mins walk.“

„I absolutely LOVED staying here and wished we had booked a longer stay! The cottage was so sweet and nice. It was exceptionally clean. The couch was wonderful and the TV was great. „Great location - neighborhood had lots of great, paved walking trails and it was close to downtown Brunswick. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the pet-friendly home and fenced in yard. The back yard however, needed serious cleaning up of dog poop from previous renters. There was A LOT and we spent the first hour cleaning up the mess. This should always be checked prior to rentals. Otherwise, a fine experience.“
