Super Unterkunft für ein paar Tage auf Boracay am White Beach. Das Personal ist super nett und extrem Aufmerksam. Das Frühstückbuffet ist groß und für jeden was dabei.

Schönes, modernes Hotel direkt am langen Sandstrand gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und das Personal ist insgesamt sehr darauf bedacht dass es so bleibt ( man sieht ständig jemanden, der irgendwo und irgendwas putzt) 😅 Direkt am Strand reiht sich ein Restaurant an das Nächste und es gibt zahlreiche Bars. Das Publikum besteht größtenteils aus koreanischen Gästen. Das Hotelteam ist sehr sehr freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Hotelpools (einer davon hat eine poolbar) sind sehr gepflegt. Es gibt allerdings recht wenige Liegen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ab 8 Uhr völlig überlaufen. Wir sind immer früher aufgestanden damit es halbwegs erträglich ist

Nice large room, and balcony, I was lucky to get a room with a partial sea view. It was clean and was still in a quite good condition. The breakfast was mostly classic Filipino, with rice, and lots of different hearthy dishes, which westeners might categorize as lunch or dinner. They also have a selection of bread, eggs, spreads, and a small variety of cheese. The staff are (as everywhere in the PH) really friendly and helpful. Can totally recommend.

Es war wirklich ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, sicher nicht mehr das allerneuste aber gepflegt, sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind rundum aufmerksam, höflich und zuvorkommend. Zimmerservice ist immer schnell, die poolanlagen sind ebenfalls abwechslungsreich und immer sauber. Die Handtücher riechen gut und frisch, das Frühstück ist top und vielfältig. À la carte ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Abends immer live Musik die sich wirklich sehen lassen kann. Zum Meer muss man ebenfalls nur aus dem Hotel raus stolpern, es gibt eigentlich wirklich nichts zu kritisieren. Wenn ich muss dann würde ich sagen, dass neue Auflagen für die liegen ne gute Idee wären, entweder gibt es keine oder die paar die aufliegen sind sehr stockig und schimmelig, was sicher der Feuchtigkeit geschuldet ist

Warning. Severe hygienic issues.Bed bugs.
Warning. Hotel not keeping up with standard hygiene requirements. Bed bugs in some rooms, pools partly disgusting. No compensation for a night full of bites and no sleep. They just dont care so much about guestsand this problems as u can read also in other posts on google. Rather wanna make money due to mass tourism in Boracay. Thats quantity over quality.

Nie wieder!
Eigentlich war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Essen war ok, Service war gut, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein- die Räume wurden täglich gereinigt, trotzdem fand man jeden Abend wieder schwarze Haare auf dem weissem Boden- Boden wurde definitiv nicht gut gereinigt! Beim check-out funktionierten keine Kartenterminals, sie verlangten, dass wir unsere Rechnungen für Essen und Getränke etc. Chash bezahlen. Wir hatten natürlich nicht so viel Bargeld dabei, allso schickten die Angestellten uns von einer Bank in die andere. Keine Bank konnte/wollte uns Geld auszahlen.. Nach knapp 2h sagten sie uns; wir sollen ihnen die Kreditkarten angaben geben samt PIN!!! das sie die offene Rechnung begleichen können, sobald die Terminals wieder funktionieren! Eine absolute Frechheit!!

A 5 star property with beautiful rooms, ours had a balcony that faced the pool. We loved the rooftop pool and bar (they also have 2 lower pools). Appreciated being close to station 2 and the walkability. Breakfast buffet included with many choices. We also ate dinner there one night which was also good. Staff were amazing and extremely friendly. Only negatives were the EXTREMELY long check in line, took an hpur and the room wasn't even ready. Also, all the vendors sitting on the beach in front of the property, asking if you want to go on a tour. The front beach area should be private for guests.

Greg was very professional and detailed person. He personally took care our luggages upon arrival at the hotel and secured them in the storage prior to our checked in time. On our checked out day, he picked up our luggages at 5:45AM and he assured us to take our breakfast first he dropped us at the port. He carried all our luggages to the boat. This hotel is close proximity to Station 2 and frontage is the white sand beach

If you don't mind the noise in and around the hotel until the late evening and early morning hours, this is probably one of the best hotels to stay at in White Beach. The staff (special thanks to Tina and Ace) and service were top-notch. Both the breakfast and open buffet dinners had numerous delicious options. We decided to spend the last four days of our vacation at Movenpick to enjoy some peace without the constant noise, yet we had to come back to Henann Palm for dinners as the food was much better there. Again, this is probably the best option at White Beach if noise doesn't bother you.

My wife and I really enjoyed it here and would absolutely stay again. The hotel missed out on 5 stars due to the buffet breakfast being pretty average. 1 thing I found frustrating was their ‘all you can eat & drink’ evening buffet offer. Food was pretty good, however there is a 1 drink per person at a time rule; I have no issue with this, apart from the size of the glass - I was getting my beer in glasses smaller than half a pint (I’d guess 200ml?). I got fed up running to the bar and back. No drink option for my wife as she doesn’t drink wine or beer (no spirits allowed), but as we were dining together we had to pay for the drinks option for her as well. The advert for the unlimited beer shows a pint-sized glass… The not-so-generous glass size wouldn’t stop me staying here, but I would not be paying for the bottomless beer again. All staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome.

時期が良かったこともあると思いますが、 とにかくサイコーでした ルーム、施設、スタッフ全てに満足です プールサイドでのマッサージがリーズナブルで内容も雰囲気も良かったです 1時間400ペソからあります レストランのビュッフェも良かったです ディナービュッフェが899〜949ペソなのですが、種類が多くて美味しくて楽しめました プラス250ペソで飲み放題がつけられます 立地がとても便利で賑やかでした 目の前のビーチが美しくて感動ものでした サンセットが特に美しくて、レストランで食事をしながら見れるのが素晴らしかったです

AC don’t work on a hot summer day. Lobby for checking in and out have AC but for some reason they left it turned off. The staff is helpful and nice though just the facility itself. Food service on orders takes forever. The food comes out good, but to wait 40 minutes for a burger when you’re the only one who ordered is not cool, hell even a fruit shake takes 30 minutes.

Ten days prior to our stay, we reached out to the hotel to see if they offered airport transportation. They gave us a third party transport company's contact number (which we ended up booking). Upon arrival, the transport company left us (we were on time) and we had to wait for the next ride. Porters forced us to hand our luggages then demanded tips. The ferry was very crowded and hot. The car ride from the ferry terminal to the hotel was very uncomfortable. There was no space so we were sandwiched between our full sized check in luggages. All these only to find out that the hotel had their own private transport. :( As for the hotel itself, the staff were tremendous. They were really nice and accommodating. Downside were the cleanliness and the AC. There were ants when we arrived. The AC was leaking (puddles on the floor) and wasn't cooling properly.

Compare to what we experienced last year with other facilities Hernan palm was the best so far . From the transport port to the hotel, no stress at all. The foods are delicious and the staff are superb. Over all love the place and the room with direct access to the pool. See you again soon 👍
