The AC was super loud. The worst part is the shower head didnt working in my room. I found out about that around midnight, that's why i couldn't call the reception to change the room.

Beware, this hotel is not worth over $100 per night!! Our room was very dirty, the furniture was torn almost to shreds by either a cat or puppy. There was long black hairs in the bathtub (I have short blonde hair). The TV had a bluish-purple tint that made it impossible to make out the picture on the TV. We called to get a new TV, only to be told that all of the rooms had the same problem with the TV. The floor was filthy, with dirt and God only knows what else. The grab and go breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee, tea, oatmeal, 2 flavors of small muffins, and one flavor of fig newtons. We definitely do not recommend nor will visit this hotel again.

We had booked a king bed room but got 2 queens no sofa. The bedside clock was broken brought it to the front desk they did not have a replacement. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel, staff, and my room were all fantastic. My only issue was that I searched for a hotel that had an indoor swimming pool and this one came up in the search. I was disappointed to learn that the hotel USED to have a pool, but no longer. The websites should be updated.

The floor was sticky and streaky and they should invest in doors that don’t shake every wall when they are closed. I maybe got 4 hours of total sleep between the door slamming and the constant stomping above. There was also a very strong chemical smell that ended up giving me a nice headache. This place needs to be closed and taken over by new owners.

It was a short trip. Everything was nice except for a bright flashing light in the restroom & over the bed. Imagine either opening the bathroom door & being blinded by a flash of light or getting up from the toilet & another. Like yiur pic is being taken. Then you get in the bed to sleep & this light starts flashing like you're ar a disco. That was terrible.

The bed was not very clean there was trash in the bathroom and chewing gum stuck to multiple surfaces. If we were in the room much we would not have been comfortable with staying. The first front desk guy was also on his phone the whole time while checking us in. A minor complaint is that dry oatmeal should not be listed as a complimentary breakfast.
