The Front Desk wanted to us to accept a room located at the ground floor and designed for people with disabilities, while we did not request any room like that at booking time.
Because we did not accept, they gave us a horrible room with no heat and a bad tub. I had to request for another one the day after. They sent me to another one, where the remote wasn't even working.
Moreover, an employee was very rude with us and even asked us to live the breakfast room while we were eating.
