Hôtel Boulder Point, Branson West

« Good place, close to Branson Landing, reasonably priced, good breakfast, helpful staff. Our only issue with this stay was Expedia sending the hotel a different room type than I reserved but we made it work. »

« I loved that our dog stayed for free (no matter what size). Everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the extra large shower. Located right off the highway, but getting in and out was difficult. »

« The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

« The room was clean and comfortable even though it was tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very charming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. »

« The breakfast is amazing! A large variety of foods to suit anyone’s taste! I Loved hearing the Christian music playing as we navigated from place to place in the lodge! A beautiful rustic look with hallways leading to the rooms appealing to the eyes as they are out of the ordinary straight hallways! Clean rooms, and very friendly, helpful staff made our stay here very enjoyable! This was our first stay here, but these attributes will definitely bring us back here to stay when we visit...

« The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability. »

« This was our second stay at the Savannah House. Enjoyed the breakfast and evening desserts. Staff were very friendly and professional. »

« We have stayed at multiple holiday club vacation resorts, but this one in Branson we were very disappointed in, there was never a guard at entrance when we came and went and we watched multiple people who were not staying there come and go and use the pools that we paid for use of while staying there. We have always loved staying at these resorts for the amenities and the privacy of not have people coming and going who were not guests. This was our biggest disappointment in the Branson resort. »

« The property is great. It’s on the landing and the room's are nice. It’s overpriced and they sent a text at 7:30 am. Being on vacation I leave my phone on in case of emergency. Getting woke up by the landing staff telling me the check out time doesn’t constitute an emergency in my opinion. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
