« Nice 2 bedroom much different than studio and nice sauna as side benefit »

« This listing is a scam, do not proceed! Thankfully, Expedia got me refund »

« Location is good but very hard communication for foreigner »

« I used this accommodation as a private rental (minpaku), but there were multiple problems with both the cleanliness and the host's management. The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. A cockroach came out of the trash can, which was very unpleasant. The refrigerator had handprints, dirt, and a foul odor, but I had to use it out of...

« Bed sheet is not clean enough, see the stain on it. Better to have AC on before checking in, smell high humidity without AC. »

« Nice place to stay if in the area. »

« Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here! »

« Service au top, hôtel très bien situé, des chambres confortables. Un séjour parfait ! »

« Third stay in Bonjour An Nam Home in our north Vietnam tour. Each time we had been kindly welcome by all the staff and particulary by our favorite receptionist "Camille". We rent our scooter directly at the hotel so we didn't need to wait or look for a rental shop. The rooms were every time perfect. Taking contact before we arrive wasneverytime easy and usefull to achive our requests. Thanks a lot for your kindness. We hightly recommand this hotel »

« La chambre …vraiment bien. Le personnel est très sympathique et avenant. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix et de personnel…. »

« My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. They welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome drinks and took the time to introduce us to all the amenities they offer. Our room also came with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and water. Most importantly for me, they have an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very...

« The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service »

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de trois semaines dans l’hôtel. Le personnel a été très aidant, aimable et souriant. Les personnes de l’accueil ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très varié. La piscine est un avantage très appréciable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité du Vieux Quartier, du Quartier Français et du lac Hoan Kiem. »

« There is a clear window into the bathroom, so the person in bed a see you on the toilet or in the shower. There is a Venetian blinds which you need to keep pulled for privacy. An odd design. Hardly any drawer space for clothes. A good location, staff are friendly and helpful »
