« We stayed at this basement apartment for one night and decided not to stay for the second night because of several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the lack of adequate heating. The basement was very cold, and there was no thermostat to control the temperature. A portable heater was provided, but its controls were broken and it did not produce enough heat to keep the room warm. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness.
