Hôtel près de Boyd Manufacturing Company Site, Cincinnati, Cincinnati

« Beautiful hotel with quick and easy check-in. »

« The staff was so very kind and accommodating! We wanted for nothing! »

« super A1+ »

« Stayed there for a week. The tv was old, limited tv channels. I wished it was better communication about them not being able to provide a microwave in the room. I wasn’t told or updated about anything till I asked when I checked my room and there wasn’t any. Also one of the elevator broke that day. Used the elevator in the dark. Creepy. But my room card kept on not working. But that’s okay. Staff was helpful. Also the phone in the room didn’t work? They didn’t have a do not disturb sign in my...

« Overall great experience, will book again »

« Very nice place, kitchen had all that I needed for cooking and working from my room. »

« The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

« Loved our stay! »

« Extremely kind hostess who personally cooked and served a high quality breakfast every morning. Swiss Family Robinson Room, on 4th level of a house on a hill, was beautiful and very comfortable, especially with windows open on cool October nights; »

« charming hotel in a small city in the central entertainment district. »

« Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise »
