We had a great family vacation for 2 family members birthdays! It was great to be so close to the beach with such a nice place to stay. The backyard and garage were great areas to store our beach toys and hang out. We had a phenomenal time!

Great Property!

Great property. Perfect location, the beach is right across the street. The restaurant SALT that is right in front of the property is amazing and a few others in walking distance. Everything else is a short trolley ride away. The rental was extremely clean and had everything you would need to stay. The pool area is big enough so that both sides can share and have room. We would 100% stay here again!

Spacious, Comfortable enjoyable Home

Wow, we had hot beach days, cool windy days and a little in between days! But this home was the place to be. We had 6 adult and one infant and every one had their own privacy. On the hot days the beach across the street was the place to be, cooler days we hung out at the hot tub/pool area. It is within walking distance of nice restaurants and also had a nice kitchen and outdoor grilling area. It was a good week!

Just steps to the beach

There were 8 of us (2 families) that stayed here and there was plenty of room for us. Having the 2 floors with separate kitchens was nice. The beach is mere steps from the house and it was so convenient! We could just cross the street to go back to the house for a quick lunch. We had forgotten our beach cart and were so happy to see that they had one provided for us. They had beach chairs, games, and towels. We could walk across the street to view the beautiful sunsets each night. There was also an amazing top deck with amazing views. The house was exactly as advertised and they even had board games that we played each night. We liked that the house was only minutes away (by car) from Publix and Bridge Street. The property management were always quick to respond to any of our questions through text (we never had a reason to call them). The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the teens every day/night. They even had corn hole set up outside that we enjoyed playing. The grill worked great and we were happy that both refrigerators had ice makers! The house was exactly as described with some added bonuses. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location and space in Bradenton Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It is in a perfect location one block from the beach! Everything was as described in the listing, and the management company was responsive. We were limited in our ability to use the pool as it needed to be cleaned, so we were only able to use it on the last day. This was not a huge problem for us, as we spent most of our time on the beach! The property has two kitchens and all the amenities you need, although we did not cook meals, but only breakfast and snacks. It is close to everything on the island and only a brief ride to the airport. We will definitely be back!

FANTASTIC and beautiful property!

Gorgeous views from all the windows on every floor of this beautiful property! We loved the spacious bedrooms, the large living room space and all the gorgeous bathrooms. The garage with the ping pong table, the pool and the easy access walk across the street to the beach was absolutely amazing. walking distance to adorable shops, coffee, restaurants. Wonderful neighborhood.

Things to Consider

I was hoping to commit for next year and adding the month of March. However, after my stay that will not happen. I commend VRBO for their portion of putting this together. There are a few things that I was not happy with and they are as follows: 1. The owner request that the thermostat not be adjusted lower than 72 degrees which would be ok but the temp on the second floor was not comfortable to say the least. Additionally, and I am not sure if this is VRBO or the owner but I believe a month is a little to long to go without at least some light housekeeping. I would prefer that this review stays between VRBO and the owner as I don't believe that there was any misrepresentation of this condo.

We LOVE AMI!

As we love AMI we had not stayed at this house before. It is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had nice comfy beds. They have all you need for the beach which was very nice as we live in Missouri and it is handy to not have to bring your beach items with you. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and darts in the garage area for rainy Florida moments :). We will definitely choose this location again and would highly recommend it!

Everything you need for the beach!

This house was clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach. The elevator was very useful for getting luggage, food and grandparents to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The salt water pool was clean and comfortable. Everything was as advertised, including the great supply of beach gear, including the rolling wagon, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your beverages. We don't have small children, but there is also plenty of beach toys in the garage for kids to take to the beach. The kitchen has most items one would need to prepare a meal, and the dual kitchens were a bonus. From bath towels, to beach towels, this home had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.

Fathers Day Getaway

Location was great and property was as advertised. Dealing with the management firm was not good. First they gave the wrong code to enter the property so we wasted an hour outside before we received the correct code. Dealing with Alexus who answered the phone was terrible. She was unable to help, said she would have to get a supervisor to get back to us and we never did hear from them. We were only there for four nights but enjoyed the property, the beach, and all the gear they supplied for the beach. Close to good places for dinner also.

Awesome views / dirty windows

The property itself is awesome. The neighborhood does not match the house. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Balconies and awesome views to the north, east and west. Our only complaint is that these views are obstructed by the extremely dirty windows. We actually bought windex and paper towels to clean as many windows as we could.

Family Vacation

For Christmas we bought our adult children a spring vacation. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The home was spectacular and a very short walk that was more or less across the street from the gulf. The bay is a very short walk the other way. Home sleeps 6 very comfortably. Son and daughter-in-law took one bedroom on the second floor and daughter and her friend took the other. Leaving the entire upstairs to my husband and I. Views from the 3rd floor are spectacular. Roof top deck, pool and hot tub were huge bonuses that we enjoyed daily. Great restaurant and a convenience store right next door. Tons of pool and beach accessories. Everything you could want. Absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. Only complaint was with the property management company. We called to rent a golf cart and they never returned our call. In their defense, I didn’t call back because there was plenty to do that we could walk to or drive to easily. I did call when I couldn’t get the elevator to work. They came that day and fixed it. The Klinges have an amazing luxurious home that is very well taken care of. Thank you for sharing it!

Disappointed

Description and some photos were misleading. Twice the management company told us if the house was ready prior to check in time they would notify us and we could access early. False. It was ready. They never notified us and when we called again we could not access because the owner placed a timer on lock.
