At The Captain's Quarters you will find a welcoming interior making you feel right at home.
The space a kitchen stocked with the essentials to whip up a quick meal. The living room has plenty of space to relax and stream your favorite show. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin pull out trundle bed. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. Tub/ tile was just renovated to a marble looking tile. New photos to come. Bathroom is located in primary bedroom. 692 sq ft.

Great location and neighborhood. The garage on site (nothing to do with the rental) is still in need of repair from the recent hurricane (it is in the works).

-This rental is a duplex. You will be renting one side of the duplex.
-The washer and dryer is shared with the duplex.
-No dishwasher available.
-Ac must be kept at 72 or above. Below 72 the system will freeze and cause it to stop working.
-The yard is not fenced in.
-Parking is shared in the duplex.
-2 parking spots for this unit.
-1 well behaved dog is allowed with a few additional rules.
-Include up to 1 dog in booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash outside of the property.
-No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture.
-No Parties, no smoking.
-Quiet Hours 10PM-7AM.
-Min 25 years old to book.
-The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property.
