Welcome to the Breezy Palm — a one-of-a-kind, resort-style escape in the heart of Bradenton. Set on a completely private lot, this single-level home is your own personal getaway. Sleeping up to 14, it's perfect for a family vacation, couples' retreat, group celebration, or casual weekend in the sun & fun.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept great room where living and dining flow together. Sink into the sofa for a movie, gather everyone for a long dinner, or sip your morning coffee in our sunroom as the Florida light pours in. When you're ready to play, the game room is ready with billiards, ping pong, and classic arcade games and of course our two custom, hand-painted murals designed and painted by local Bradenton artists!

The real magic is outside. Take a dip in the heated (and coolable) pool, then unwind in the 7-person Harmonic Spa hot tub. Breezy Palm is also one of the only rentals anywhere with a true, full home gym — treadmill, bike, weight bench, 5–60 lb dumbbells, yoga mats, and recovery equipment, plus a sauna and cold plunge to reset afterward, all set to your own music on a 50" TV. Whether you're an athlete in town to train or just love a good sweat, this is the only setup like this.

Don’t forget to challenge the group on the sports court (pickleball + an NBA-style basketball hoop), test your short game on the professionally designed putting green, roll a few on the bocce court, or try your hand at one of our favorite games - snookball. As the stars come out, gather under the pergola for drinks or settle in around the fire pit with enough seating outside for the whole group. ☆ GUEST VERIFICATION & AGREEMENT ☆

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening / ID verification process and for damage protection. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation and the verification process must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple agreement following booking confirmation.

Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until both the verification process and rental agreement are completed.

☆ SECURITY ☆

There are four cameras on the property for the purposes of monitoring our maintenance/cleaning teams. The first Ring doorbell camera is located on the front door, the second Ring camera is located above the door leading out to the driveaway, and the third & fourth are facing our backyard.

☆ POOL ☆

While our pool is naturally a pleasant temperature, we are happy to heat or cool the pool for our guests as long as we receive at least a 2-day notice before your arrival. The cost to heat/cool the pool is $35 per night per stay. Pool must be heated/cooled for the entire duration of your stay.

During the colder months, the outside temperature may make it more difficult to heat and keep the pool at a specific temperature - we will do our best to have it ready for you if you'd like it heated for stay.

☆ PROPANE ☆

We supply propane tanks at the property for our guests. There is no need to ever leave the property to get additional tanks if one runs low as we store extras on hand free of charge. Reach out to us and we will guide you to them!

☆ PETS ☆

We'd love to welcome your pup! Following booking confirmation, we ask that you send us a quick note with their breed, size, and personality so we can make sure our home is the perfect fit for them too. We review all pet requests to ensure a great stay for everyone. Please review the below pet-related details and note that booking does not guarantee approval.

• 2 pet maximum. We are a dog friendly home, but unfortunately do not accept other pets.
• $150 per stay, per pet, collected as an incremental booking charge.
• Pets are not permitted to be on any furniture.
• Please ensure that you clean-up after your pets so that our backyard stays tidy.
• Pets are not permitted to "do their business" in our backyard. Please help us in following this rule so that we can ensure our home remains clean for future guests.
• In the event your pet does pee on the artificial turf, please help us by using our hose to spray down the area. This helps us keep the yard smell & look fresh / clean.
• Pets are not to be left alone in the home at any time.
