Location was great. Check-in was very easy. Communication was great except for Christmas Day, which is to be expected. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working and there was no solar cover for the pool. temperature was 70. The pool cleaning company did address it the next day, but it was never warm enough to use. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the house, dirty dishes in the cupboards, the floor had not been mopped in weeks the backs of doors filthy, and the corners in the bathroom bathrooms not cleaned at all. No regular spoons in the kitchen at all, limited pans for cooking. No electrical cover on the outlet behind the bed. The majority of our group left early.
