With a private heated pool, oversized dock, waterfront views, Manatee Lagoon gives you plenty of reasons to spend your vacation outside.



Perfect for up to 6 guests, the home features three bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds, giving couples, families, or friends plenty of room to spread out and relax.



Step Inside



Bright, open, and filled with Florida sunshine, Manatee Lagoon combines modern style with an easygoing vacation feel. Soaring ceilings, beautiful marble floors, and large sliding glass doors connect the indoor living spaces with the pool and waterfront just outside.



The open kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy for everyone to stay together—whether you're making breakfast before heading out beach, enjoying drinks by the pool, or settling in after a day exploring Florida's Gulf Coast.



The first-floor King primary suite is its own private escape, complete with sliding doors leading directly to the pool and lanai. The spa-inspired ensuite features a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, dual vanities, and spacious walk-in closet.



Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable Queen bed.

Start your morning with coffee overlooking the lagoon, spend the afternoon floating in your private heated pool, and end the day enjoying dinner under the covered lanai.



Want a little extra shade or privacy? The outdoor dining area features roll-down shades, creating a comfortable spot for meals, morning coffee, or relaxing out of the Florida sun.



And for those who love being near the water, the home's large private dock gives you the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the peaceful lagoon setting. Step out to take in the water views, watch for local wildlife, or simply relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.



Please note: The dock is for guest enjoyment only and cannot be used for boat docking or boat entry/access.



Whether your perfect vacation means being out by the water, lounging poolside, exploring Bradenton, or doing absolutely nothing at all, Manatee Lagoon is ready for you.



PET POLICY

We’re happy to consider one well-behaved dog with prior management approval. No cats are permitted.



Please contact us before booking to request pet approval. Once approved, a $200 pet fee plus applicable tax will be added to the reservation.



POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available during the cooler months November–April for $35 per day plus tax.



Please contact the property manager to reserve pool heating at least 3 days before arrival.
